If standard office hours do not accurately reflect the needs of
your business or the operation and availability of your network is
business critical, LIMA's Elite Network Support extends the hours
our highly trained support engineers are available to respond to
network problems. This upgrade to the standard Remote Support
contract is targeted to further reduce your network downtime and
maximise users productivity.

Elite Support is available 24 x 7 (excluding
public holidays) and customers are given a dedicated telephone
number to use when support is required outside normal office hours.
The automated call answering service will then forward your message
detailing the fault and contact details to one of our team of On
Call engineers who will respond to your request.
LIMA's Elite Support is proposed as an annual
after hour's retainer and a charge will apply per call raised.
Support calls logged will be charged on an hourly rate for time
used with customers approval required for each additional hour. We
believe this solution offers a cost effective and affordable
solution without an initial large financial outlay.
