Description

Support provision for the Sales, Finance and Administrative departments assisting in daily processes and business continuity.  With the backing of LIMA providing training/support to further a career within the company.


Desirable Skills & Experience Requirement

  • Strong administrative skills, familiarity of business software such as Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Working to deadlines
