We are looking for a Campaign manager to join our Marketing team to devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Working under our Head of Marketing and overseeing campaigns in a variety of formats.


About you

  • Proven min of 2-3 years B2B campaign management experience, ideally within the IT industry.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Commercial understanding of ROI.

  • Ability to manage marketing projects from birth to cradle.

  • Knowledge and substantial experience of using marketing automation tools to deliver exceptional campaigns, platforms could include, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot but ideally ConnectWise Manager, this preferred but not essential.

  • Good knowledge of the IT market place.

  • Strong understand of GDPR laws.

  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills.

  • Strong customer and supplier facing skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and part of a team.

  • Strategic, dynamic thinker.

  • Strongly organised, takes ownership.

  • Agile campaign management and project management skills.

  • Strong writing skills.

  • Ideally a degree level education.

About the role

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to devise and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.

  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns such as performance marketing, content marketing, prospect marketing, companywide events, and direct mail.

  • Brief and oversee the work of internal designer and external agencies

  • Work within departmental budgets, focussing on business objectives and marketing KPI’s.

  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.

  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.

  • Measurement of the ROI of campaigns and MI reporting.

  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.

  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.

  • Work with the Marketing executive to take responsibility for the organisation of any trade shows or exhibitions.

  • Administer the website(s), optimising content, SEO principles and tactical lead gen campaigns.

  • Keep abreast of current trends in IT industry trends, competitor research and primary market verticals.
