Sales Support Administrator
Full Time, Permanent
This is a varied role, handling a mixture of administrative duties, with a focus on maintaining the renewable agreements database for new and existing clients, seeing the process through to invoicing.
Supporting provision for sales, Finance and Administrative departments assisting in daily processes and business continuity.
Providing quotations and liaising with both clients and internal teams regarding the renewal process.
You must have excellent administration and organisational abilities as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Professional telephone manner
Proven customer service skills
Previous experience within a Reception / Front of House role is essential
Well groomed appearance
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Punctual and reliable
Approachable and enthusiastic team player
Strong IT literacy

About the role
8:30 am to 5:30 pm working hours (Monday to Friday)
Manage renewable agreements database
Maintain billing periods to ensure prompt invoicing
Answering and directing incoming calls to ensure each call is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
Professionally liaising with clients and staff
