Working as a key member of our Application team within LIMA’s Service Desk, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated team member who can provide 1st line support and who is skilled in investigating problems and providing root cause analysis, where required. Whether you’ve been to university, completed an apprenticeship or trained on the job, we don’t mind but you must be a fast learner with a strong ambition to increase your knowledge and provide great customer service.
We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating engaging print and digital content that is eye catching, innovative, on-brand and customer focused. The right candidate will have a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritise assignments and multi-task with successful delivery to deadlines.
Team Leader/ 3rd line Service Desk engineer: Infrastructure Team
Working as the lead member of the Infrastructure Team within Lima’s Service Desk, we are looking for a VMWare & Netapp certified professional who can provide 3rd line support, team leader guidance and escalation for service desk cases and who is skilled in investigating problems and providing root cause analysis, where required.
