The Project Administrator provides support in the day to day operation of the Project Management Office, which includes tracking project status and progress, tracking time expended against budget, assistance with ancillary Project Management activities and the scheduling, processing and reporting of chargeable Work Package activities.  

From time to time the project coordinator may be asked to provide ad hoc project support, which may include amongst other things, ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, provide regular project status updates, identify required resources and skills, and contribute to the delivery of business systems to meet identified business requirements.

  • Prince2 Foundation or equivalent

About the role

  • Assist Project Management staff in delivering successful projects that meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and other acceptance criteria.

  • Ensures project delivery adheres to PMO governance whilst maintaining an approach that does not overburden with bureaucracy

  • Resourcing, scheduling and processing of chargeable work packages

  • Supporting adherence to project services best practice

  • Risk and issue coordination

  • Monitoring project status

  • Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles

  • Weekly update of programmes to stakehoders

  • Collaborates with the wider Lima business on the definition and development of, and compliance with Project Delivery methodologies and processes

  • High level stakeholder and client engagement

  • Execution of all aspects of Project support activities including:

    • Project templates and documentation

    • Resource forecasting and scheduling

    • Skills based resource allocation

    • Time recording and reporting

    • Reporting of overall status of all Projects
