We develop and promote the LIMA Academy, an internal Learning Centre with 20 vendors and their accredited courses within. The LIMA Academy forms part of an ongoing appraised, development tool for all staff.
We also proactively recruits via a Quality Assured Apprenticeship Scheme designed to secure and nurture local talent, the scheme allows apprenticeship across seven levels from GCSE standard (Level 1) to MSc degree (Level 7).
Demonstrating our commitment to developing HR practices, we have been awarded Level 1: Disability Confident Committed status by the Department of Work and Pensions, recognising our inclusive and accessible practices when it comes to recruitment and the ongoing support provided for our employees.
