More efficient support ticket management


This month, we have launched the first stage of a roll-out of new customer systems planned for 2018.  The new LIMA portal allows customers to raise support tickets, see the status of all current service tickets, all communication with the investigating engineers and historic service tickets.

The portal is the most effective way to log a support ticket with us as it will automatically be routed to the most appropriate engineer. 

Look out for announcements enabling you to feedback on service levels and to view quotes and invoices.  As always, we would be pleased to hear ideas and feedback on the improvements we're making to the LIMA Service Desk.
