We are delighted to announce that LIMA has successfully reaccredited to the enhanced 2015 levels of ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 standards, as well as continued certification to OHSAS 18001:2007.

The 2015 iteration of these awards includes more stringent controls and sets more ambitious targets for organisations than their predecessors.  It is a key business priority to ensure that LIMA continue to drive improvement and raise the standards we work to.  Significant investment was made in 2017 to replace our CRM system, with 2018 bringing a new finance application and the implementation of an automated customer satisfaction reporting system.

As we settle into the new systems and processes, we hope that our customers are reaping the benefits of improved efficiencies and communication.

ISO14001:2015 – looks at environmental management systems and plans to limit environmental impact

OHSAS 18001:2007 – reviews policies and procedures for managing and controlling their health and safety risks

Our audit report concludes: “Based on the audit findings the company have shown that they have embedded their updated integrated management system satisfactorily and this will mature further with time and therefore; a recommendation for certification to the ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015 standards and continued certification to OHSAS18001:2007 will be submitted to ISOQAR”
