Sales Account Director
The ability to create and nurture new relationships at a high level and negotiate with senior representatives is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex engagements on both a technical and strategic business level.
LIMA have a clearly defined strategy and extremely well-established relationships across the sectors we serve. We have invested heavily in both the sales & marketing department this will assist in lead generation and even provide qualified leads to match your own creation. The Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams work in collaboration along with our strategic partners, to identify and nurture potential opportunities.
We’ve have recently invested in our systems and teams over the past 12 months to make LIMA a leading outcome-based IT partner – now is the perfect opportunity to continue to build our sales team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
You will undertake a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
- Generate new business to LIMA by means of using existing industry network, prospecting and customer networks, in conjunction with LIMA marketing activities.
- Identify and generate new prospects and convert them into key accounts.
- Deliver sales growth across both Managed Cloud Services and Solutions business.
- Identify, create, campaign and close IT solution sales opportunities within the customer base.
- Effectively build, manage and maintain long-term customer relationships at the highest level (both new and existing accounts), to serve as a trusted adviser.
- Continually update and develop product and market knowledge.
- Structured and methodical approach to understanding a customer’s requirements/problems.
- Develop and manage key accounts to their full potential.
- Keep abreast with all Lima products and services
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience within the Managed Services industry and/or IT solutions
- A proven IT sales track record, ideally with Enterprise level customers and high-end products and solutions
- Proven ability to achieve financial and personal targets
- Solid experience in working at senior levels within a company
- A proven ability to develop and close business opportunities
- A natural ability to build customer rapport
- Self-motivation and ambition
- The ability to manage time and workload
- A natural business acumen
- Excellent communication skills, (oral and written)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Positive and enthusiastic approach
