Support provision for the Sales, Finance and Administrative departments assisting in daily processes and business continuity.  With the backing of Lima providing training/support to further a career within the company.

  • Strong administration skills
  • Proven team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal

  • Strong IT literacy, familiarity of business software such as Microsoft Office, Excel etc

  • Critical thinking and good analytical skills

  • Hands-on approach and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Highly organised and strong communication skills

  • Flexible and willing to learn

  • Able to apply accuracy with attention to detail

About the role

  • Maintain good rapport with customers, vendors, internal managers and employees by arranging continuing contacts, researching and developing new services and methods, setting priorities, resolving problem situations

  • Attain finance and organisation duties by completing related results as needed

  • Maintain all existing client contract renewals for the sales team from contract to quoting in advance of renewal date

  • Proactive in obtaining ISP pricing for implementation of quotes, ensure all T&C’s are signed and agreed, to convert and process orders

  • Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives

  • Dealing with and, responding to high volumes of emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Renewing maintenance contracts with existing clients seeing the process through to invoicing

  • Providing quotations and liaising with the sales team regarding the renewal process
