Our 3rd Line Engineers work as a key member of our team within LIMA’s Service Desk supporting/mentoring 2nd Line Engineers and technically troubleshoot/resolve support tickets in line with SLA’s.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Content Writer to join our expanding Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the direction and evolution of the Lima brand strategy and produce creative content solutions for campaigns to drive our growth.

Our 2nd Line Engineers work closely with colleagues in the Managed Services Team to technically troubleshoot and resolve service desk tickets.
